ក្នុងកិច្ចជំនួប ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះឯកឧត្តម Vanlalvawna Bawitlung ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត​ និងគណៈប្រតិភូ ព្រមទាំងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌាដែលជានិច្ចកាលតែងតែផ្តល់ជំនួយគាំទ្រទាំងសម្ភារៈ និងថវិកា ជួយដល់កម្ពុជា ជាពិសសកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងល្អលើវិស័យធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម។ ឯកឧត្តម​រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី​ ​បានបញ្ជាក់ពីជំហរក្នុងការបន្តពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនានា​​រវាងកម្ពុជា និង​ឥណ្ឌា ដើម្បី​​អភិវឌ្ឍន៍​វិស័យធនធានទឹក និង​ឧតុនិយម​នៅកម្ពុជា។

 

ជាការឆ្លើយតប​ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត​ បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនាពេលកន្លងមក និងបានថ្លែងនូវការកោតសរសើរដល់ប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ដែលបានរួមសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងល្អ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ព្រមទាំងបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តបន្តពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ល្អប្រសើររវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ជួយដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច-សង្គមនៅកម្ពុជា​ និងបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យធនធានទឹកឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន​ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ទៀត។

 

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ​ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី​ ក៏​បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់​ក្នុងពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈ​នៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងឯកឧត្តម​ Vanlalvawna Bawitlung ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតឥណ្ឌាប្រចាំកម្ពុជា​ និង​ឯកឧត្តម​ ប៊ុន ហ៊ាន​ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ​ ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និង​ឧតុនិយម​ ដែលនេះ​​​​ជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង​ផ្តល់ជំនួយឥតសំណងចំនួន​ ៩៩២៥៥​ ដុល្លារអាម៉េរិក​ដល់កម្ពុជា​ ​លើគម្រោង​ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព​តាមដានអាកាសធាតុ​​ នៅ​ក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប ដើម្បី​ជួយដល់សុខុមាលភាពសាធារណៈ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់៕

On February 2, 2026, His Excellency Thor Chetha, Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, received H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and his delegation for a courtesy call and working discussion at the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology. During the meeting, H.E. Thor Chetha warmly welcomed the Ambassador and his delegation. He expressed sincere appreciation to the Government of the Republic of India for its continued material and financial assistance to Cambodia, particularly the strong cooperation in the fields of water resources and meteorology. He also reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to further strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and India for the development of the water resources and meteorological sectors in Cambodia.

In response, the Ambassador highly appreciated the cooperation achieved in the past and expressed his admiration for the Royal Government of Cambodia, particularly the leadership of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, for their effective and efficient collaboration, and reaffirmed his commitment to further strengthening the excellent relations between the two countries to support socio-economic development in Cambodia and expand cooperation in the water resources sector, and on the same occasion His Excellency the Minister presided over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Ambassador of India to Cambodia, and His Excellency Bun Hean, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, under which the Government of India provides a grant of USD 99,255 to Cambodia for a project to strengthen weather monitoring capacity in Siem Reap Province in support of public welfare and the regional economy.
